My two year old loves this pirate ship. Rather than using as a water toy, I filled the base with play balls. I only paid $40 for it, so it is well worth the price.

I bought this pool for my son's 1st birthday, because all of my friend's children are ranged in age from 3-12. They had a blast with it, and it was appropriate for all of those ages. The only thing I had a problem with was putting it away after the season was over...it has so many compartments that it is difficult getting all the air out. Also, the product is advertised as having a repair patch included with the packaging, but there was none. I was hosing it down and accidentally poked a hole in the pool (low setting on the pressure washer, totally my fault) and there was no matching patch so I had to use another color.

The pirate pool is adorable. Lasted 40 minutes before it lost air. My four and two year old grandsons have been in tears for an hour. They can't understand why we can't make the pool hold water. We read the reviews but decided to give the pool a try anyway. I wish we hadn't. Our boys are heartbroken.

I bought this pool for my son's 3rd bday party. The pool part is not big, but the kids loved it! I also bought the Ships Ahoy pool which is larger. There were about 12 kids at the party and the boats held up very well. If you're having a pirate party, these are the boats to get!

My husband bought this pool for our 4 1/2 and 1 1/2 year old boys. I was disappointed with the size when we set it up but they love it!! It's not really a "pool" since it's so small but they have a great time playing in it and getting wet. They love the slide and are pretty rough with it. I just hope it doesn't tear like others said it did. After reading the other reviews I am actually surprised it didn't already. My only regret is, we bought it locally and not from Amazon and paid $[...] for it (it was a spur of the moment purchase).
