My son recieved this as a christmas gift from my brother. we went to blow it up the night before so when he came down it would be there waiting. well it had a hole in the seam. so we used the patch that came with it so that he could still see it. he loved it but the patch only held the air in for a about 12 hours. i have tried and tried via email/phone to get a refund (started that i wanted a replacement but after getting the run around from the company i just want the money back and i will buy it somewhere else). beware of this company.

My 18 month and five-year absolutely loved the ball pit--the best Christmas present they got. Unfortunately, it started developing leaks in the top seam within days of blowing it up. My kids were not that rough on it, just very poorly constructed on that seam.

We ordered this for Christmas for my 1 year old daughter. Since we currently live abroad we had this sent to family who in turn sent it to us. We paid more in shipping than we did for the actual product. Since Christmas Day my daughter has spent time in the bounce-O-lene everyday. As for its educational value, it does help with coordination getting in and out and understanding various textures.

We got this based on other reviews that said how durable it was. After the first night of use between a five and one year old, there was already a hole. We found it on one of the seams after searching for a long time and patched it. However, there is another, smaller hole somewhere else. The two kids loved it for the short time it worked, but I just wish it was more durable.
