Great jumper. Make sure you have enough height in your basement/room. This jumper is tall. Also, it is not as big as advertised. The slide takes up about a foot or two inside of the jumper so it is a bit smaller than it looks. Otherwise, a good jumper. My 3 boys have a great time in it.

We set this up inour living room and it is soooooo much fun for the kids, I can almost ignore the fact that the fan sounds like an industrial blower! My kids love this thing and I can't wait until it is warm enough to take it outside. It's kind of heavy, so we got a big Rubbermaid tote and crammed it in there. I am kind of small, but I can drag it out if it's in the tote. Its so easy to set up, just hook it up and turn it on. We looked at other bouncers and I am glad we went with this one. You can just tell is is built to last!

The castle I was sent had no basketball hoop and was only 6 x 9 feet instead of the 9 x 12 feet advertised. I e-mailed Extreme Bargains prior to writing this review and received a reply from Darius Turner, who said that Amazon wrote the text for the item and he had taken the item off Amazon when he realized the mistake. He offered me "$20 for the trouble" or I can return the item. I don't believe him. They could have contacted the customers who received the wrong item but didn't. $20 return for the $200 bouncehouse I thought I bought, when the one I received is worth about half that? I did get free shipping, so maybe it makes up some of the difference.

We are over the moon with the service and produce that we received from Bounceland. We ordered a Bounce house for our kids, 5 and 2, from Santa just after Thanksgiving. While our initial package is still Missing in Action, Bounceland cleared up the matter with their excellent customer service, and sent us a replacement package in less than 2 days! We so appreciate their understanding of how important it was for us to have the package by Christmas morning and their willingness to take on UPS so we didn't have to.
While setting up the bounce house on Christmas morning, my husband commented that it was the easiest Christmas gift he had ever had to put together! Our kids had huge smiles on their faces Christmas morning and have enjoyed their new gift everyday since! They love the slide and the basketball hoop(worth the extra expense). We can't wait for our friends, family and neighbors to get to enjoy this gift too! We give it 5 stars!
